Scott Masaru Watanabe, Esquire
Scott Watanabe is a single father of two children, and is a survivor of a highly contested dissolution and custody battle. As a father, Scott understands the importance of protecting the best interests of the children which should be the focus of any divorce. His experience with the system has guided his practice in this area. He is a strong believer in alternative dispute resolution, and believes that settling disputes between the parties outside of litigation is always the best solution as it maintains control in the hands of the parties and not the court system.
